The main activities of On Rail GmbH are the trading and leasing of used, modernised and new wagons, locomotives and special rail vehicles. We offer a comprehensive range of various types of vehicles for rail freight traffic, suitable for public and in-plant rail networks. Currently, our fleet comprises of more than 4,000 vehicles.
Regarding our leasing offers, On Rail ensures that modern vehicles for rail operators are always available by carrying out continuous investments in our locomotive and wagon fleet. Managament of all vehicles – both commercially and technically – is carried out by us.
The modernisation and conversion concepts that are developed by On Rail GmbH are contracted out to competent specialist firms and authorised workshops in the rail vehicle industry. Supplying vehicles on a needs-oriented basis, operating with competent personnel and comprising an extensive know how are the core factors that On Rail GmbH's excellent reputation as an efficient partner to rail freight operators is based upon.
